We had a great time staying at this hostel. the location is perfect, with a bus stop nearby and it's just a short ride to the downtown area. the room was clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. the staff was friendly and very accommodating. We also appreciated the lenient check-out times and the welcome shots offered upon arrival. a great experience!
There were some minor cleanliness issues, such as a few hairs and dust on the bed.

I recently stayed at the Hamtramck Hostel for a few nights while visiting Detroit. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hostel had a homely vibe and everything was in fair condition. I met some amazing people during my stay and enjoyed the free towels and soap provided. The location was also great, with a variety of restaurants nearby.
I would definitely recommend this hostel.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel in a neighborhood with an authentic feel. the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There were also good restaurants nearby, as well as a comedy club. It was easy to get to downtown Detroit using services like Uber. Cons: For us, our stay was ideal. 😊.
